Chandlee and Sons was hired by the Alpharetta Visitors Center and Convention Bureau, to build their new office facility in the heart of Alpharetta off Main Street. The build out consisted of converting 4,500 sq ft of open space into six office suites, two lobbies, “break room”, equipment room and a public lobby for the general public.
Scope: Turn Main Floor of Office Building into the City of Alpharetta Welcome Center: Build our Two Main Lobbies, Build Individual Offices, Conference Room, Break Room, and Equipment Rooms.
