Chandlee and Sons was hired to build and design a garage addition for this Sandy Springs home off Spalding Drive. Chandlee and Sons Design and Build team constructed a third car addition, with expanded driveway, and side walk to access the front and backyard. The garage addition was done ahead of schedule and within budget. The final touches to make this addition seamless was the painting of the entire home and new gutter system installed.
Scope: Add New Garage Unit, Add Additional Storage, Open up Garage Attic for Future Expansion, Install New Walkway to rear of home.
