Chandlee and Sons was hired for a major design/build renovation of client’s existing home. Chandlee and Sons worked closely with customer and their in house architect to transform this 1000 sq ft home to a dramatic 4,000 sq ft home in Alpharetta, Georgia. The new design consisted of entire new wing to the house. In that new wing a master bedroom suite and new luxurious bathroom was constructed. The other dramatic part in the new wing was the great room with 14 ft vaulted ceilings and surround system. The other additions were a screened in porch, additional closets, moving the location of laundry room to the main floor, new garage addition with a functional sundeck above it. This transformed 1950′s ranch underwent landscape design to incorporate and repair an existing pool, land regrading to accommodate the new utilities and additions to the home.
Scope: Completely Renovate Existing Home, while building over Existing Home with Large Scale Addition. Tripled the Size of the Home, reshaped the yard, repaired Pool, build Retaining Walls, Install Lake Irrigation System for New Yard.
